POTOMAC YOUTH CAMP INFORMATION
CHECK- IN: Monday from12:30pm —1:30pm ONLY! Eat Lunch before arriving at Camp.
Your first meal will be dinner.
CAMP ENDS: Friday at 11am sharp. For every 1⁄2 hour that a student’s ride
is late, there will be a $25 charge
WHAT TO BRING: $$ for snack bar, daily STL offering, Camp T-shirt, new
PYN Merchandise, bedding, pillows, toiletries, beach & bath towels,
flashlight, Medication in original Containers (all Medication must go to the
Nurse), decorations for your team color and the
Camp theme- THE BEST WEEK OF
SUMMER, Sunblock, Bug Repellent, FACE MASK(not required, but can bring if you
want one.)HAND SANITIZER

CAMP LOCATION/ TELEPHONE & MAIL POLICIES:
Pine Creek Camp is located at 1796Back Creek Road, in Gore, VA.
Camp Phone: 540.858.2842. Students may only call parents/legal guardians.
They are only permitted to use the phone during free time and must have a staff
member present.
NO calls allowed after curfew. Calls are discouraged after the first day as they
increase homesickness & disrupt schedule.
